Kresvo Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: 10 August 2026

Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using Kresvo, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so. You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms and provide accurate registration information. Credentials, recovery links, and employee invitations must be protected.

Workspace ownership and employee access

A workspace owner controls the business workspace and is responsible for assigning appropriate employee roles and permissions, reviewing access, and removing access that is no longer required. Employees may act only within their authorization. A complimentary or paid entitlement applies at workspace level; employees inherit the current owner's effective workspace access but do not own that entitlement.

License and acceptable use

Kresvo grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for lawful internal business purposes, subject to applicable plan limits. Users must not use Kresvo unlawfully; infringe rights; enter stolen, deceptive, or unauthorized information; distribute malicious code; probe or disrupt security; overload the service; access another workspace without authority; evade access controls or plan limits; or create fraudulent or misleading records.

User-submitted business records

Users retain their rights in content submitted to a workspace and authorize Kresvo to host, process, transmit, secure, display, back up, and export it as necessary to provide the service. Workspace owners are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, permissions, notices, retention, tax treatment, and review of business records and information about customers, suppliers, debtors, contacts, employees, and other people.

Documents, calculations, and professional review

Documents, totals, balances, stock levels, financial views, and reports are generated from saved workspace data and configured rules. Users must review records before issuing, filing, paying, or relying on them. Kresvo is an operational tool and does not provide accounting, audit, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice.

Connectivity, availability, exports, and third parties

Some features require internet access, compatible devices, cloud infrastructure, authentication, storage, printing, sharing, location, camera, or Google Play services. An operation is complete only after Kresvo confirms that the authoritative record was saved. Kresvo will use reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible service. Owners should keep exports required for law, tax, audit, and business continuity.

Google Play subscriptions

Android digital subscriptions are purchased, billed, renewed, and managed through Google Play under Google Play's terms. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and renewal information are shown before purchase. Kresvo activates subscription access only after server verification. An auto-renewing subscription continues until cancelled in Google Play and normally remains available through the paid period.

Cancellation must be completed through Google Play. Refund requests and outcomes are handled under Google Play's processes, these Terms, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer or statutory refund rights.

Complimentary administrative access

Kresvo may grant free administrative access for a stated calendar period or for lifetime use. It is not a purchase or a payment route, does not auto-renew, and has no cash value. Eligibility is associated with the normalized verified email of the current workspace owner. Temporary access begins when the grant is created and does not restart if an account is deleted or recreated. Lifetime access remains until it is revoked or its eligibility record is removed. Kresvo may correct, revoke, or remove a grant for error, abuse, security, or the stated administrative reason, subject to applicable law.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

Kresvo may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity, abuse, unpaid charges, or material breach. Notice will be provided where reasonably practicable. Users may stop using the service or request permanent deletion. Required records should be exported first. See the account-deletion instructions.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kresvo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by inaccurate user entries, unsupported devices, third-party failure, unlawful workspace conduct, or reliance without appropriate review. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, warranties, or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

Kresvo may update the service or these Terms for operational, security, legal, or commercial reasons. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect where reasonably practicable. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions may be sent to support@kresvo.com.
