Getting started
Your first week with Kresvo
A practical introduction to your workspace and the daily essentials.

Start with a small, clear setup. A useful first week is about understanding the essentials and building a routine you can repeat.
Start with your business details.
Create your account in the Android app and follow the setup steps it presents. Check the business information you enter, including details that may appear on documents. Use an email address you can access, because account verification and recovery depend on it.
Organize a manageable set of products.
Begin with products you understand well. Use names that you and any employees can recognize consistently. Check quantities, units and prices before relying on them. If you are starting from existing stock, compare the opening records with what is actually on hand.
Understand how a sale is recorded.
Review items, quantities and payment details before completing a sale. Wait for the app to confirm that the record has saved. If you are learning with sample transactions, use a separate test workspace; do not mix practice sales into your live business records.
Keep supporting information together.
Enter expenses and other records while the details are still fresh. Include enough description to understand the activity later. Review any receipt or invoice before sharing it with another person.
Review access before involving employees.
Give each person access appropriate to their responsibilities. Use individual accounts and review permissions when duties change. Avoid sharing an owner's password to save a setup step.
Finish the week with a review.
Look at the records you have saved, compare a few entries with their supporting evidence, and write down any questions. Use those questions to improve your setup rather than rushing to configure everything at once.
